These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are intended to define the conditions under which sales of products offered by LCD INTERNATIONAL via its online store on its ULAANE site are made. Purchases of products offered for sale on the site are reserved for non-commercial individuals who are adults and have full legal capacity. Any order placed necessarily implies full acceptance on your part of these GTCS.
LCD INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to adapt or modify these GTC. In case of modification, the conditions in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order.
ARTICLE 1 - PRODUCTS

ARTICLE 2 - ORDERS LCD INTERNATIONAL

ARTICLE 3 - PRICE
The prices indicated in euros are inclusive of all taxes, excluding postage and processing of your order. However, LCD INTERNATIONAL undertakes to apply the current prices indicated on the website at the time of the order. Orders are payable in euros only.
ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT
No order can be shipped without confirmation from our bank of receipt of your payment. Payment for the order can be made by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard) or PayPal. In case of payment by credit card, the debit is made at the time of validation of the order, after confirmation from the bank issuing the card. If the bank refuses, the order will be automatically canceled. LCD INTERNATIONAL is the owner of the PayPal account and the bank account to which payments by PayPal and by bank card via the Payzen platform are credited. The products remain the property of LCD INTERNATIONAL until full payment of the price.
ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY
We process orders upon receipt of payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. From the dispatch of the order, the average delivery times vary between 48 and 72 hours. LCD INTERNATIONAL cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. Delays in delivery cannot give rise to any penalty or compensation or justify the cancellation of the order. In addition, any error on the part of the customer in the address format leading to the obligation to make a second delivery of the same order may give rise to fixed penalties.
ARTICLE 6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN PROCEDURES
