We process orders upon receipt of payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. From the dispatch of the order, the average delivery times vary between 48 and 72 hours.

LCD INTERNATIONAL cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. Delays in delivery cannot give rise to any penalty or compensation or justify the cancellation of the order. In addition, any error on the part of the customer in the address format resulting in the obligation to make a second delivery of the same order may give rise to fixed penalties.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND TERMS OF RETURN

1. Right of withdrawal You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a refund and return your order to us. The refund is made within a maximum period of 14 working days from the receipt of the return of your order by re-crediting the bank card or Paypal account used during the purchase, and this after checking the good condition of the item and its packaging. Products damaged, returned incomplete or soiled will not be taken back or reimbursed. Beyond the period of 14 days from delivery, the products will not be returned or refunded. Refunds are not possible on a product that has already been exchanged. To return an item to us, all you need to do is send us your return request by email via the "Contact" page of the site. Once we have validated your return request, we will send you the return label. Print this label and attach it to your package.

2. Exchanges Before returning the item (s) concerned, please contact us to ensure the availability of the desired items, and so that we can reserve them for you. Any exchange request should be made by email via the "Contact" page of the site. After validation of your request, you must return the products to us in their original condition, with the return slip duly completed by you, sent beforehand by email, with their packaging and their label. Only items in the original condition can be exchanged. Any item returned soiled and / or damaged by the customer will not be exchanged. In this case, if after having sent it to us, you wish the product to be finally returned to you, the reshipment costs will be at your expense. In the event of a positive price difference between the returned items and those requested in exchange, please send us the difference in the amount by check payable to LCD INTERNATIONAL. In the event of a negative price difference between the returned items and those requested in exchange, any remaining price difference will be credited to you on the payment method used.
